Hubzi^TM is an online web site operated by ePlanex, Inc. ("ePlanex","Hubzi", or "We" or "Us"). This privacy policy describes how we handle your personal information. We collect, use, and share personal information to help the Hubzi website ("Hubzi" or the "Site") work and to keep it safe.

Collection

Information posted on Hubzi is obviously publicly available. We collect aggregate information on what pages users access or visit, user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, information volunteered by the user, such as survey and reviews information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number, email, other information provided by the user, User’s IP address, standard web log information.

The information that we collect is used to customize users’ experience, measure interest in our services, improve our services and inform users about services, communicate marketing and promotional offers to users, do other things for users as described when we collect the information.

Hubzi is concerned about controlling unsolicited commercial e-mail, or "spam." Hubzi will not sell, lease or rent its users’ personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without users' explicit consent. We also provide offers from particular merchants, affiliates and partners (referred to as “Hubzi Merchants”) who, as part of the offer, may request information on customers who purchased the offer. In those cases, we may share some of your personally identifiable information with those merchants. Sharing this Information may allow a Hubzi Merchant to market directly to you should they choose to do so. We specifically disclaim any responsibility or liability for the actions of such Hubzi Merchant.

Communication and Email

You agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you notify us that you prefer not to receive such communications. As a condition of use and purchase of our products and services, we may send you Administrative and Promotional emails. Administrative Emails relate to a User’s activity on the Website, and include emails regarding a particular User’s account, requests or inquiries, and purchases of products and services. In most cases you cannot opt-out of Administrative Emails. Promotional Emails advertise our products and services, and other offers, and/or the products and services of our Merchants, advertisers and affiliates. If you do not want to receive Promotional Emails from us, you may elect to opt-out of receiving Promotional Emails. You may not use our site or communication tools to harvest addresses, send spam or otherwise breach our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Hubzi may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites. The ability to access information of third-parties from Hubzi, or links to other websites or locations, is for your convenience and does not indicate our endorsement of such third-parties, their products, their services, other websites, locations or their content. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties.

Hubzi is committed to protecting the security of your sensitive information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
